Google AdSense Ads not displaying

I continue to build my web site and have encountered a problem with displaying Google AdSense ads in the Hot_Responsive Template.

Web site usbpa.net All testing done on wide screen monitor display.

I am trying to publish Google AdSense ads on all pages.
I have tried using both the Ads Elite extension and also using Custom HTML.

Presently the site is configured for testing as follows:

Using Ads Elite Extension to publish 200 X 200 Square Google AdSense Ad in position Left
Using Ads Elite Extension to publish 160 X 600 Skyscraper Google Adsense Ad in position Right
Using Custom HTML Module to publish 200 X 200 Square Google Adsense Ad in position Right2

I encounter problems on all pages - the home page (featured articles), Category Blog, article pages and news feed page.

When the home page initially loads (with all featured articles) the ads do not display at all. Attempting a refresh of the page produces the same result - no ads. I cannot get any ads to appear in any position on the featured article home page. The outline of the positions are visible.

Selecting from any menu to display a Category Blog results in a page load but again the ads do not display initially. Attempting a refresh of the Category Blog page will display ads in all three positions many times... but not always. This is inconsistent, but repeated refresh will get it to finally work.

Last test: Selecting a single article successfully displays the article and very often the ads display in all three positions. Occasionally positions Right or Right2 do not display. Refreshing the article page often gets all three to display properly. So better than Category Blog but not perfect. News Feed page acts similar to article page.

I notice that if I watch the pages load and refresh I sometimes see a brief ghost image of the ads. Is there some timing issue or order of display issue that may be causing this display problem?

Even trying to refresh page (F5) no ads show at all

Category Blog... all ads sometimes do not show: usbpa.net/who-did-it/politicians
Refresh page (F5) Ads will now show.

Article page... ads usually show OK! usbpa.net/who-did-it/politicians/102-the...eature-on-the-planet
If even one ad does not show correctly, refresh (F5) usually solves.

So why don't ads show every time on all page loads? Ads on home page most important!

I inserted the line of code into dynlayout.js

No change... Here are results with new code inserted

I tried switching Ajax loader off but that didn't change. Ajax loader is now back on.

Another suggestion?
