problems with blog-layout was created by risel

I want three colums like here:
demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/index.php?template=corporate

please see the layout-settings in attachment an the result also - what is wrong?

You also have same settings like that in menu item options

these are the settings in menu item options.
In categorie options i tried "global settings" and "component / blog". there was no differenz.

In menu item settings very first parameter in first tab
