Problemi nel Top menu

Le voci del top menu si vedono attaccate tra di loro e non separate da uno spazio.
Vorrei anche cambiare il colore del font in bianco ma le configurazioni del template non funzionano.
Come posso fare ?

The items in the top menu you see stick together and not separated by a space.
I would also like to change the color of the font in white but the configurations of the template will not work.

What did you put there that is not menu at all just a links. Create menu in menu manager, create menu module in module manager , connect them, set in that module Menu Tag ID = nav.
