hote effect rotator - not rotating

i have read through some of the other posts with regard this issue and have removed the jquery command

i have also recently updated to the VM 2.0.22

Is there a work around as i can find one

Try to use different jquery reference. You commented one form template and left one I think it comes from k2

k2 not installed

all other jquery reference are from virtuemart

first tried to alter the jquery to 1.8.2, 1.8.3 etc but that made no change

i then removed the ajax/googleapis line and that removed the banner (left the shadow but no banner graphic)

added the template ref again which has again shown the banner but still not rotating

any thoughts

I found it , all is ok in fact just you set interval to 30000000 so you would have to wait 8h 20min so sliding would start. That is value representing milliseconds, so go to module settings and set something like 3000 or 5000
