Hi,
I used the default style for the main site but I made a parallel site with style 3 and assigned the template to the menu link. I have copied the top menu and made a different menu with a different name to be displayed in the top position of this different template. I have copied the menu settings to the new one exactly as the top menu but it doesn't appear as it .
How do I make the new menu look like the topmenu?

as you can see the top menu is not like the first one.

There are same except back bar has different color and you don't have home page menu item on:
strumentiaccessorimusica.it/index.php/br...arre-salvador-cortez

so you don't see gray box over active menu item.

I have put the homepage link but no grey bar and I can't see submenu too in the main site.

That is not home page item to that site it is link to home page on other site
