Mobile page load not fitting all in browser

When I load the page on a mobile device, it doesn't fill the whole page vertically to the right. I can scroll to the right and there's white space. See attachment. I've tried increasing the width in layout builder but doesn't change it. It does work if the mobile device switches horizontally - that works fine.

I would like the page to fill all space in browser when loaded. Is this possible?
