Hi you are probably trying install with wrong zip - one that is not joomla installation package. Check contents of that zip probably it contains zip-s that are ones you need.

P.S. I would like to know Russian but unfortunately I had no opportunity to learn it by now. Please use English on this forum. If I answered you on Serbian language you would have extra step of translate if with google translate and its question it would be with right meaning.

the ability to add to the template the Russian language?

You need to install Russian language pack, language packs are available for download on joomla website

can I have detailed installation instruction ?
