VIRTUEMART NOT SHOWING MY CHOSEN CURRENCY AND NOT SAVING SHOP INFORMATION

Hi,

I am getting so many errors whenever I want to edit the shop details. Am also getting USD as default currency even when I have unpublished USD and published a different currency

How can you help?

Hi,

I have been doing exactly that, but am getting these errors so my choice or selection is not saving:

Error
vmError: Storing of user with 645 cancelled, there exists already a user 2021 with the virtuemart_vendor_id 1
vmError: storing user data
vmError: Was not able to save the VirtueMart user data

Hello,

You would need to use PhpMyAdmin and edit the "#__users" table and "#__user_usergroup_map" table. You should change the super user's ID to value 645.
