Why is this and how do I resolve it.

Did you install the template with HotStart? Did you make any changes to the template code or change the template's folder name?

Are you using the correct template files for your Joomla version? There are separate template files for Joomla 3 and for Joomla 4.

Used Hotstart.
No change to template code or folder name.

Joomla 3 template files on Joomla 3.10.4.
