Hi,
I did check link you suggested but i still can't change date. I created overrides but they don't work with this template.
Can you please suggest me what I can do?

I have sl-SI.override.ini and sl-SI.ini inside this folder, as my portal is Slovenian
Content of both files:
DATE_FORMAT_JS1="d M, Y"
DATE_FORMAT_LC4="d M, Y"
DATE_FORMAT_LC3="d M, Y"
DATE_FORMAT_LC2="d M, Y"
DATE_FORMAT_LC1="d M, Y"
DATE_FORMAT_LC="d M, Y"
