You used some old language pack. Maybe database fix will help. Go to 'Extension manager', 'Database' tab if thre is button saying something like 'click here to repair database' click on it

I`m getting the same error with

Yes maybe solved the atabase schema version (3.2.3-2014-02-20) does not match CMS version (3.2.3).

but the main problem still exist

( can`t install language pack with the build in installer)

I fulled read the step by step manual how to install the template.
what can be the problem ?
