Scroll pages smothly

Hi,
I had installed your template "Hot One Page" to study it, but the scroll doesn't works like your model.
Then, I had installed the start up and it functions right.

Where do I have to configure the scroll?

Also, can it works together with an parallax plugin?

If you have link to #something you need to have <tag name="something" or <tag id="something" on target place on page so your browser would know where to scroll

I had put the target and ID.
Have you seen the page?

It is linked but it just don't scroll like the template, passing by the others one.

And about the parallax plugin? Is it compatible?

Happens to me as well.
Menu options, access to the different sections, as suddenly, without going through the other.
I have jquery off in Hot Lightbox module, but nothing equal.
Any suggestions?.
