How to add Language Switcher module next to user3 module position (near menu items)?

yes, but can you provide more info, or where to look for this inserting thing, i am novice joomler

Go, to backed, Extensions->module manager. Click on green "New" button. Locate language switcher in list. Set module position to user3, Set menu assignment to show on all pages. Set "show title" as you need. that's it.

yes i did this, but then Language Switcher comes on top of user3 module (on menu items) not next to them. Working on localhost, cannot insert here pic too.
