In j3.0 you have exact menu item type:
"Registration Form - Displays a Registration Form"
so create menu item of that type

Hi
On the home page you have a sign-up link, which takes me to a Joomla page. I would like my members to sign-up an need a registration form. Does this template have a standard registration form (Joomla 2.5)?
How can I change the link of the sign-up module?

? yes as all joomlas must have. No matter if you set menu item for registration form or not link from login module for registration will lead you to that. Only if you explicitly forbid that you can stop that in User manager, click options , under Component tab check "Allow User Registration" parameter.

If you changed by mistake admin password you can only reset it from database by copying password md5 string from user you know password from.
