this is my second hot template. How do i change the logo on this site? also i try to place some custom html model on the [logo] section but it never shows up..

last thing is what is this sparky editor i hear about and where do i find it? thanks!

Logo is special position, it's marked red. You place logo position in layout designer but you can not put module in it. You use template options to set logo image.

What you find is description how to do it on old templates, HOT WATCHES is sparky based template and you change it form template options. See under "Logo and slogan"

i change the file logo.php sparky_parametrs.php nothing help, it always shows HOT WATCHES logo

By default it does not show image, it goes to else block where it shows text and slogan. You need to set template options, see attached image
