hot effects rotator was created by pastorwes

I purchased the hot cars template recently. I decided not to use the template, but I am using the hot effects rotator in another template. However, my drop down menu drops behind the hot effects rotator. Any idea how to fix that? odbccincinnati.com is the site

you have:

#horiz-menu ul {
list-style: none;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
float: left;
z-index: 50 !important;
}

make z-index bigger value
