Error Message on Main Page of Template was created by joomlanovice

I receive the following message on my main url...page..Fatal error: Call to a member function getCfg() on a non-object in

\Hosting\5252587\html\templates\cubscouttemplate2\index.php on line 39...not sure on how to fix it...can anyone help?

Check permissions(CHMOD) of files . By your error I would say that configuration.php is not readable from joomla proccess.
