HOT Designation installation

hi there,
i have purchased and installed this template ( travel), i had after an issue on the image displaying so i went to the extension manager and deleted the hot designation module.

i tried to install the module so many times, it says that the module is installed successfully, but no trace of it.
I can not find it.
please help me re install this module.

When you go to "New" in module manager you don't have an option to create new instance???

Also just to check maybe module is listed on second page or something like that , check pagination page number.

If it say it installed correctly it must be there ???
