Category Blog Question

I inherited a Joomla 1.7 app and I need to access the home page, but when I go to the menu to find where to access it, it says Category Blog.

I looked all over but can't find where this page is. The person who was working on this is not available and although I have some experience with Joomla, I am not familiar with this one.

Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Category blog is menu item page type, you can change that in home page menu item settings
