error installation hot flashes

I'm having trouble installing the template for hot flashes.
I had installed on a different url, more had to uninstall because the customer did not want
now I'm installing to another client over the last page where it asks to remove the installation directory gives error
Below is the error

REMEMBER TO REMOVE
FULL INSTALLATION DIRECTORY.
You can not pass this point until the installation directory is removed. This is a security measure Joomla.

If the configuration file, or directory, is not writable or there was a problem creating the configuration file. You must send to the site the following code manually. Click the text to select all the code, then copy-and-paste into a new text file named "configuration.php". Once completed send the file to the root directory of your site.

I installed joomla with template hot flashes, but does not appear in the frontend or the template manager.

is he blocked because I had installed on another URL? I uninstalled it a while longer

check pagination maybe it's on page 2. Is there folder named hot_flashes in templates directory?

What I have to find?

in template manager, see if template is listed (it may be on page 2). You have to activate it after installation. If you don't have existing data better use ...hot_start.zip (ready joomla with sample data and template)

The template does not appear in the template mananger, but it is correctly installed on the host.

Is it possible you make available for download back in my account?
my client is waiting outside with the site.
