Hot Blankie Joomla template was created by indira

Sir, How to get the extended menu, the Google map and the 3-columnar bottom modules as per the above template. I tried but am unable to get them all as per demo.

I wanted to know if, while creating a website, I have to download several templates, should I rename the file en-Gb.tpl...ini and templateDetails.xml in all the templates with the same name? And what about renaming the extensions?
