hot-start zip

Sir, when I'm installing Hot_start I get the message that Joomla setup file is missing (please refer to attached doc - screenshot).
Grateful if you could provide me a link where I can download if easily.

hot_start is not install-able package, is whole joomla+sample data+template+modules configured. Yous copy all files from that archive (..hot_start.zip) to site root and browse base link to start installation. Remember to click "Install Sample Data"
