Bad feeling when purchase theme in this site.

I purchased the Hot Responsive theme today,this is really a hard work.

First, some ip address seem blocked by your site,so I must try Proxy, this cause I sent duplicate order 3 times.

Second,when I paid and login the member area, begin to download the theme that I was bought, it just redirect to login page, and go to the member area again after I key in the username and password.

Finally, I tried to follow this instruction:
"If site redirects you to the login page after click on the file link, please do the following:
1.Copy the link (Right click > Copy link)
2.Open a new browser tab and paste the link
3.Change "https" to "http" in the link and click Enter"

but it doesn't work, the problem still as the second item, I tried over and over again.

This is a bad experience, you must improve it as a professional technical website.
