I have buy Silver member account, but I cant download the joomla extentions, when I be asked for login, the system dont know me!
No problem by download the templates!

Did I do something wrong?

Joomla extensions download links are in the same place where template download links are. Please check again.

Yes I know. I login in "Memberarea" - no problem, go to "Joomla extensions", then I be asked for signup for member.

When you login to Memberarea, you don't need to go to Joomla Extensions.

To download our templates and extensions, please do the following:

1. Go to www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/store and login with your email and password.

2. Click on the Downloads link.

3. If your subscription is paid and active (green color), click the Available Downloads button.

4. Download any template or extension (click on its name).

I can come to the download folder, but when I click on extention, I have to log in again, - but now the system dont know me!!!!

How you mean "system don't know me"? Could you explain this better. If you can't login, please send your 2checkout.com order number (10 digits).
