Theme Installation, Help!!!

Hello,
I have bought Theme on www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/wordpress-themes/
After paying I downloaded everything, there were also Theme Installation Instructions. And there was written-You don't need to install WordPress prior to theme installation! WordPress is included in the HotStart theme installation (part C). So this scared me as I already had WordPress installed on my computer. What does it mean? That I cannot install the downloaded Theme because I already have WordPress Installed??? But why there was no this information before downloading the Theme? Then I would have never bought it, because this information appeared only after paying and downloading the Theme. What should I do now? I already had WordPress on my computer before, so what should I do?

Then please use HotStart installation. Just follow our instructions. WordPress is not a program (such as Office or Photoshop). WordPress is a script and you can install it unlimited times on one computer.

So, you can delete your old WordPress or keep it and install new instance of WordPress using our HotStart installation.

Once again, just follow our instructions.
