Hot Clinic wordpress theme translation

Hello, when I try to translate the theme, with CodeStyling Localization, it tells me that the The translation file folder is ambiguous, please select by clicking the appropriated language file folder or ask the Author about!

Basically, it can't find the original language pack, can any one help me on that.
