TopMenu style not correct was created by Saol

Hello everyone, I have a question,
I can not build the menu at the top just as it is in the demo site.[1]
Can I get help?

typing nav as Menu tag id and user3 doesn't work work for me, either. Nothing can be seen, but at all other menu positions, yes. If I try another hotjoomla template as standard without changing settings, the menu appears completely normal. Please advice

..Ok - see the other post, too for the link under Dropdown menu doest work - I hope you can see what's up with it. I tried on different Joomla Installs and only with hot skies the menu is not there and at all other menu positions the menu shows up.
