Main Body Area Transparency?

Hi!

1. The main body area seems to have a little bit of tranparency that allows the background picture to be seen through,and I would like to remove that so that I have a solid white page for the main area. Will appreciate so guidance.

2. Also the padding at the top and bottom of the page needs to be changed.

if for background and it's transparent , change it with non-transparent image.
