You mentioned lines 118, 119, etc. My index.php has aprox. 56 lines only.

Am I missing the proper location of the index file?

Can you provide the exact text that is being deleted/replaced?

I am using a simple Text Editor and it doesn't provide line numbers for the code and don't want to delete the wrong text.
