Are There Geniune Differences Between Two Template

I have purchased three templates (for those who are deciding, "good reviews from me") but would like to know ask a few questions...

Q) 1 Can I load the features of one template into another ? (I wish some of DesignNow -v.1.5- was in Skies)

Q) 2 Why are the design features limited from one template to the next ? (DesignNow -v.1.5- offers more developmental resources compared to Skies -v.1.6- or Mobility -n.1.5- , but Skies gives the user a custom color background unlike DesignNow) ?

Q) 3 Will you eventually place a download link (pdf) for tutorials ?

Q) 4 Can the room have an area for tutorial video links to post ? A quick resources so you do not have to stay up replying to forum posts ? (Not on your server)

Our templates are different from each other. Some templates have some features, some templates doesn't have some features.

PDF with tutorial links are included in each template package.

How about a new template called "Pinnacle Visions" ? All the features available in one (native 1.6) package with a price to match ?

Now that's a template I would stand in line to purchase !
