Help needed with template

I recently copied a new template from one sub-domain, but I wanted to change my logo. Using firebug, I saw that the template's logo is pointing to the other sub-domain (looking at the original Db).

To transfer a "work-in-progress" template from one sub-domain to another, can I copy/paste without having to change all scripts?

I will need to do this a few more time in the next couple months and this is a little annoying.

Well if you used absolute paths (http://...) you must then change that every time you copy. For example you can put relative path (like ../images/stores/someimage.jpg) for that logo and you could then just copy without a fear of cross-domain reference.
