IE7 IE8 Joomla 1.5

I have been dealing with this problem for about a year now and still can't figure it out. My joomla template works and looks good in IE9, FIrefox, & Chrome. However, it looks like a garbled mess in IE7 or IE8. Here is the site

All of my other templates work great in all browsers but this Hot Joomla template does not. Can someone please shed a little light on this?

1. If you copy-pasted some content form office that can create problems
2. Use validator.w3.org/ to check if you have some un-closed tags
