problems with installation

hallo i have problems to install basic installation the joomla template just bought from you hot portfolio in my website . joomla say me it not found xml... what's happened ? thanks danilo

Please unpack the archive that you downloaded and read the documentation PDF file.

yes i have readen the pdf file with the instructions. by the way every time i try to install with basic installation this template joomla say me it is no possible because it not found the xml installation file of this item

When did you download this template? Please make sure in Help > System Info > Directory permissions that all folders are writable.

good morning sir. yesterday i have bought the joomla template hot photo portfolio and the plugin hot photo gallery. in my client area i have dowloaded them to my computer. the installation of the plugin photo gallery was ok on my website but the template is impossible to install because joomla say me that do not find the xml file installation .can you help me ? ciao danilo

What file you are trying to install in template installer? You should upload "hot_photoportfolio.zip" file. I tested it in my computer and it worked fine. Please make sure in Help > System Info > Directory permissions that all folders are writable.
