MS Explorer issues

I normally use FireFox, so I hadn't noticed this before, but the home page of our school's website is not displaying correctly in MS Explorer:

Please compare home page in FireFox and MS Explorer. In the latter, half the modules aren't showing up?!

Please check if demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/itstarts works on your computer on IE. If it works, then try to unpublish modules on your site (one by one) to find out which module makes the problem.

turned off each module by module, but didn't fix the problem.

Possibly this started when I edited the css file, like you suggested here:

Solved.
There was something wrong in the content part of the site. Amazing how sensitive IE is compared to FF...
