I am having same problem. I installed v.2.5 and followed hotinstall pdf and also installed the demo data. Only the home page shows up. I get "No input file specified. " for the other pages.
Script seems to be calling for a folder /index.php/ but no such folder exists. How to fix?

Did you click on "Install Sample Data" during installation

Yes, I did.

But you fixed the problem with the link you gave me on the other thread re: changing htaccess.txt to .htaccess and then changing url re-write to no.
