Installation Error / Error! Could not find an XML

Dear HOT JOOMLA Team,

i do have a installation Problem. I already bought ur Sport template and i tried to istall it for joomla 1.5. But i always get this error message:

Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.

I discovered that the xml item can not be zipped. But after unzipping the file the message doesnt appear but the template either i just came to the navigation bar. I bought the template for 19$ and now is not working.

That zip you received from us contains several zip files inside of it. Template installation zip, hot_start package, modules, design graphic fonts.

You need to extract that file first. There you will find template installation zip.

Hi! I still dont get it! I tried also the solution on ur support site (installation via Filzilla). Its not working. So iam sorry but i dont understand ur solution. Can u please give me detailed information how to install.

- to find someone who understand computers and Joomla better to install that for you
