Images not showing

I have been unable to get this Mod to work. I just end up with a correctly sized black box and no images.

I have it pointing to the correct image folder
I have tried jquery enabled and disabled
my site shows code for it in the view source.

Any ideas?

This is what I get for image src attribute when I look at source:

so your folder path is bad , omit /public_html/

and you did not put image names in slots 1- 9 , "Image" field should contain image name

I am having the same issue with my install. What information should I supply to get some help with this?

Perhaps you fixed the problem already as I can see the images in Hot Image Slider on your site now.
