mootools conflict, disable jquery doesn't fix was created by neetsmalik

Help!
I am using a mootools login module that is now not working if the Hot Slider is on. (Joomla 1.6)
When I disable JQuery in the Hot Slider module then the Hot Slider just disappers altogether. (but of course the login works)
Any advice?

Disable jquery in module and add reference manually in head section of index.php of template.
