Dropdown menu does't work when module is on

I am currently using the Vertex template from Shape 5, and when I have the HOT image slider it disables the responsive dropdown menu on top of the page. I noticed that if I turn the Jquery in the module off, the menu works, but the slider doesn't. Help?

when you look at your page source there should be one and only one jquery reference before all components that use it. You need to tune your site to make it optimal. Also jQuery.noConflict() can help. We provide option to enable disable jquery in our components for template you must consult template provider.
