Black Box Problem

I have read several threads on the black box problem and don't seem to be getting any closer to a solution

Test site I am trying this on is rhythm.cloudaccess.net/general.html
I have two pictures in the folder /stories/images/test and have pointed it there, I have filled in the Name Title Description and Link for both of these photos and nothing.

Not sure what else to try

Path to your images is not correct or access is forbidden. If I go to:

rhythm.cloudaccess.net/images/stories/test/IMG_2218.JPG

(that I took from your html source) I get page stating that resource is not ready. So check path and id path ok, then permmissions forbids access to that image so change CHMOD of images and their folder to 755.

Best test you can do to be sure it's right is to paste image link to browser address bar directly , if you browse it you should see image.
