Disabling the slide-controls bar from slider

Hi, firstly just wanna say your team did a great job with the slider. Top notch.
Now, on to my inquiry. As I have the slider installed at this point, I'm wanting to disable the slider-controls (the black bar) from the slider. I've already gone and turned off all possible options (joomla-> Mod Manager...). I'm assuming the next step would be to edit one of it's core files to remove it all together. If I could get a bit of direction on how to do that I'd appreciate it.
