Slide transition speed & display

Hi,

I would like the images to automatically slide after a given time, say, 10 seconds. Is there a way to do this?

I would also like to change the transition style, such as the color and slide speed, as well possibly some affects, such as maybe randomized slide direction, or fade affects.

Is it possible to change the black transition background to white? I would also like to apply display none to div slide-controls.

I would still like to change the black background to white!..

You should edit image /modules/mod_hot_image_slider/images/slide-bg.png. It's currently black transparent pixel. You can make it as white transparent pixel (set level of transparency in photoshop or fireworks). Also, you can use any other type of image as background, with or without transparency.

It seems that div slide-controls only displays on the front page of my site. On the rest of the pages in my site, it does not display.

I'm off to make a transition page now!
