Error on install

Error on install was created by PTP

This is what it tells me trying to install on a fresh Joomla 1.5;

JInstaller::install: File '/homepages/15/d358767653/htdocs/fcs/tmp/install_4d83bae148b8a/mod_hot_image_slider/js/jquery-1.3.2.min.js' does not exist.

Any ideas?
