Module appearing on articles?

Hi. I am having the same problem. I need to have the newsflash at the top of only the frontpage. I tried to insert the code above into the index.php file in templates/templatename but nothing happens. There are no errors either.

The module is enabled and in the user1 position, but this still displays on every page?

Can you offer me any help with this??

I forgot to mention....I tried to insert the module in an article using the joomla plugin, but the module displays badly with the text overlapping the images.

Select pages where you want a module to appear in the module parameters. You don't need to edit any files.

To insert a module position in the article, you should type {loadposition user1} and this command will be replaced with module.

Hi, I have tried the loadmodule command, but the module loads on the page with poor alignment. See Image. If the module is loaded as a module on the page it is correctly displayed.

Is there any way to get around this problem?
