More than 5 Articles

Hallo, i am using the Hot Newsflash Module. It is fine - the only thing is, that i need more than the standard 5 Articles.
Some time ago somebody els asked for that - but newer e´gets teh answer.

Now more than one year later i ant to ask what to do.

Is the Module "Joomla Rotratig News" the same - only as a pro version with some more things to edit in backend?
I have a special design wokting with the free version - can i use this pro?
Or what do you tell me?

HOT Newsflash is images and tabs animated module, carousel pro is much more in terms of animation but it does not have tabs as in hot newsflash.
