Can't change active tab background color

I try to change the active background color but it seem not working. Is I miss something? Please advice Thank

I believe for the Architecture template, background color of the Hot Newsflash module is locked. However, you can change it by adding this: in the template_css.css file. Change above color with your color.

Kupio sam Arhitecture i zeleo bih da tabovi u Hot Newsflash-u budu obojeni kao na demo verziji ali bez slagalice. Probao sam da unesem liniju kao sto si rekao prethodnom korisniku ali se promenila boja pozadine na celoj povrsini tog modula. Lakse mi je da ti pisem na srpskom nadam se da nije problem. Hvala za pomoc unapred. Aleksandar.
