I installed hotflash here dobrochyn.org, questions:
1. It works really slower (changing of pictures while clicking on elements of top menu) than I saw at your demo, and this is not what I paid for. Please, explain what should I do to get at least similar with your demo?
2. How change main pictures from your demo to mine?
3. When user go to element of submenu, the smaller top menu cuts the upper edge, so the first element of submenu is hidden in every element of top menu. How to correct it?

All images for menu are in templates/hot_flashes/images/menu/

You can increase height of menu for interior pages in template parameters to solve cutting problem

slow - did you check my link? Please check and compare with your demo. If it will be still unclear tell me how to explain - make a video for you?

I'am on vacation currently on mobile EDGE (very slow) I see that images are loaded slowly , it takes like 15s before I can start to use your menu so I presume this is problem. You can optimize your images to be smaller in size using some tool like photoshop or picasa so they load faster.
