Hot One Page - How to change "town_summer" image

Hello HotJoomlaTemplates Team,

just purchased the Hot One Page template which is awesome!

Got just one issue. How can I change/manage the two background images from that
first site "Welcome"?

I found the two source images "town_winter.jpg" and "town_summer.jpg"
in folder "\templates\hot_one_page\images\custom".

Also in layout.css in line 53 "background:url(../images/custom/town_summer.jpg) no-repeat bottom;"

But in case I change this some script always take the "town_summer.jpg" image
even the image is deleted from the folder?

So how and where can I manage or control this background images?

Am I right that there is a function for summer and winter images?
How to manage or control that?

Would be really nice to get that topic solved.
