Cannot access to my account ( silver plan )

I bought silver plan which cost 49 USD.
log in to my account and download one template. It is ok.
During downloading another template, my internet down and cannot complete.
After that I cannot log in to my account anymore.
There is a message that shows ' log in detail incorrect, please try again '.
When I try to reset password, it shows that ' no client account was found with the email address you entered ". I don't know what happen and sent two mails to sales of hotwebdesigntemplates. But no reply. Also complaint to support. But still cannot access.
Anybody advise me what to do please.

Hello,

Our payment processor 2checkout.com flagged your payment as fraudulent and refunded it. We are not sure why they did that. If you believe it's done in error, please contact them on www.2checkout.com/contact/ and mention your 2checkout order number (10 digits).

If they approve your payment, we will be happy to re-activate your account.

It happens the same case, I had a response I indicated that my payment was made, there is something very strange here, I would not think it is a way of working for you. This is the message that came to my email and now they say there is no email account with the message that came:

This is a payment receipt for Invoice 22303 sent on 28/02/2014
