Seo template

Hi,
I am useing your template on my seo web sites.
But I need full css and html5 validated template. I did test some hot templates but they have css error.( jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ ) Can you give me advice one template for it.

If we want to validate all CSS, then we couldn't use advanced and new CSS3 features. And to add this... Validate it or not, this won't improve your Google rankings. Clean code, links with keywords, h1-h4 tags, image alts, description tags and so on... this is not working any more and this is not enough to put your site on the top, as it used to be earlier.

Focus yourself on making a great and unique website. If you succeed, Google will certainty put you on the top. There's no other way... SEO is dead! (per my opinion and per opinion of many SEO experts that I follow).
